total for the beginning of 2010 for bike damaged is RM250!!! As can see from the photo below its all about the front gear shifting.
front FD - need to change else difficult to shift from lowest ring to the middle ring.
middle ring - the chain is biting on it and hard to release from middle to the biggest ring
and maybe I will be like this man travel around the world with his bike - 115 countries and he will end his journey in 2016 - Brazil Olympic. This might be the last challenge I will do immediately I retires or before die!

sure! i will be retire first! gonna takes few years to ride.
nvm, i will join u... ride half way through... the rest i will keep to be finished when im retired one day...
